Atom Team Information
Hello Everyone, it's that time of year again! I will be coaching the Atom team this year. I'm really looking forward to it. If you haven't registered please do so ASAP.
It sounds like our first one ice practice will be on October 7. Our tentative times this year are Thursday nights at 7pm and Saturdays at 1:30pm. These times could still change, but that is what I have been given so far. I will be attending a game scheduling meeting on October 1st and should have our scheduled confirmed by the time we start on the ice.
We have started our dryland practices.
The schedule will be as follows;
- Monday September 25 @ 7:00-8:00pm (CANCELLED)
- Thursday September 28 @ 7:00-8:00pm
- Saturday September 30 @ 8:30-10:30am
- Monday October 2 @ 7:00-8:00pm
- Thursday October 5 @ 7:00-8:00pm
**Saturday October 7 @ 8:30-10:30am (only if we are not on the ice)
Players will need the following for practice;
- proper clothes to exercise in
- running shoes
- hockey gloves
- hockey stick (an older one is preferred as we will be using them on the asphalt)
- water
- and a good positive attitude
All sessions will be now held at the Feversham Park located at the end of Wellington St. Please try and make it to as many sessions as possible.
